I just wanted to share a couple of the details from my cousin’s baby shower from this past weekend. It was so nice to have her visiting from the East Coast and to be able to shower her with love (and gifts!) Alexis, from AE&Co did an amazing job of transforming my house into a beautiful woodland scene perfect for welcoming a sweet baby boy. Everything was definitely in the details at this little party, from the vintage depression glass to mother of pearl flatware. We cannot wait to head back East early next year to meet this little guy. He has no idea how loved he already is. We’re patiently awaiting your arrival, little one.A huge thank you to everyone who helped make this event possible, especially you Alexis. Check her out here.
I'm Kimber, and there is really no other way to describe me; although many would classify me as care free, yet highly stressed, fun loving, yet bit of a drama queen, extremely organized, yet severely chaotic, average girl in her late twenties. I'm not a chef nor a photographer, just a self-taught, trial-and-error, food junkie with a love for all things beautiful, foreign and tasty.
If I could spend my life eating my way across the world with my better half, Cameron, I would. However, this fantasy highly exceeds my budget and this is why I have such a passion for food. One bite can take you anywhere in the world - and it's a hell of a lot cheaper than travel expenses.
Throughout my posts of photographs, recipes and stories you will get to know a lot about me and whether or not that is a good thing, you will find that I am exactly this - Kimber.
